Zenith Hotel Bangkok Guest Reviews

it was great hotel,if i visit bangkok next time i will stay in zenith hotel

3.4 out of 5

The hotel was fine in many ways...I only stayed 1 night on a business trip, but would not choose it for pleasure. I had an executive room, but still had to pay about 250baht an hour for internet access which didn't work too well. A very nice lady came to my room to help....but I found the process needlessly complicated and very expensive compared to other Bangkok hotels which have free access. Room service was quick and OK. The ladies in the Spa were very helpful and pleasant. The treatments I received were average. The napkin which came with my room service meal was very stained. My other moan is that the breakfast coffee was dreadful! The best thing about the hotel was the staff.....and the reasonable price......through Hotel club anyway.....their rack rates are not so good. I may stay there if I have business at Bumrungrad or nearby....but wouldn't choose it for a leisure or family trip.

As the hotel is very close to the Bumrungard hospital (100 m) it is very convinient for outpations. The hotel itself has a lot of guest from arabic countrys, the streets around provide lot of restaurants with arabic and mideastern food. The hotel itself could do with some new carpets, espechialy the breakfeast area looks not so clean anymore. The servis can be slow at a time. Otherwise I rec. the hotel for beeing so lose to the hospital

I think I've stayed at this hotel about 25 times now - every month for over 2 years! Its convenient to expressway and skytrain, nice spa and pool and very reasonable. My only gripe is that sometimes the powerpoints don't work and the wine list could be a bit better. Other than that, its perfect for me.

Hotel doesn't look too good from the outside or on the first floor which is street level 1. But the rest of the hotel is nice and newly renovated.

Nice enough hotel but despite booking months in advance we were told our room was not available and would we mind two single beds? Kicked up a stink and they switched us no problem, so why did they say there was a problem to begin with? Wireless connection costs a fortune too (and there are countless internet places around the hotel at a fraction of the cost).

The hotel was clean, in a good location. The staff are very nice The buffet breakfast is nice, especially the waffles which are cooked fresh to order; and there's a selection of fruit, pastries, bread, and cooked breakfast items. We opted for a "Hemingway" room but it wasn't as fantastic as the pictures make it out to be. The best bit about the hotel has to be the rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi! Brilliant views and relatively quiet - a nice break from the non-stop buzz. There was a funny incident when we witnessed the doorman taking a bribe from two men so they could take some prostitutes into the hotel - the best bit was when they brought them to breakfast the next morning! Overall it's not a bad hotel - it's clean and has a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and is in a good place to get taxis and the skytrain.

Zenith was a great Hotel for Bangkok. Located very close to Sukhumvit Road and Nana Nua intersection, it is very convenient. The property itself is very nice, especially once you get off the street up to the lobby level. It is very nice inside. The upgraded room (Hemingway?) was quite nice. Pool and view from Pool is outstanding. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. This Hotel was great for the price and I would recommend it.

Zenith is a beautiful hotel with really fine rooms! Breakfast was good and it was nice to sit outside in a cute little garden to eat it. Pool area was great! So was the staff at the hotel, bell boy, cleaning ladies, reception and front desk. (Thank you everyone!) Location is okay, hotel is in a "quiet" street, but it is easy to get around (skytrain is right behind the corner). But it is really not a shopping area.
