Zhongyu Century Grand Hotel Beijing

"The Hotel lacks professional Customer Service People and all of them doesn't know how to speak and understand simple English. They speak a little English but they never understand what they're saying nor do they understand what we are saying to them. i will not recommend this hotel for tourist with no language training in mandarin. In addition the reception people lacks courtesy and simply exhibits rudeness." - Rey Jasper Gabriel

"Nice hotel, a few kms SW of the city centre so a bit out of the way, but close to main railway station where lots of locals eat, and a KFC in hotel bldg. Very nice room for the price but looking into the atrium so not much daylight around. No real facilities to speak of, reception service good, buffet breakfast looked like [***] so went out for a better chinese one. Hopefully their English improves before the Olympics ..." - Anonymous
