Room good and excellent bathroom. Breakfast very good. No lounge to sit in at night.

Excellent room, large (north american standards), with cute balcony. Only short walk into city center. Felt safe at all times.

Quiet location, close to public transport and within walking distance from centre of town. Free internet conection in room very useful. Room and bathroom were rather small.

Great location close to everything - tour room was a good size with a verandah overlooking a pretty, private garden.

Disappointed we missed out on the room we requested. A fan or some air-con would have been good. Other than that, another good stay in Vienna.

The staff is extremely helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Good location to access historical sites in inner ring (5 minutes walking distance). 3 minutes walk to Metro (U2). Good choise for taking holidays in Vienna.

Great value for the money hotel. Location is walking distance to major tourist areas. Internet is lobby was relatively inexpensive and there is free wi-fi if you bring your laptop. Hotel desk was helpful in giving information and booking taxis. Highly recommended if you want a simple yet nice place to stay that won't break your bank account!

This hotel was good value for money and more of a 4 star standard hotel. Buffett breakfast was very good and easy walking distance to the city.

We enjoyed our stay here and the breakfasts were excellent. Very conveniently situated near the Vienna Rathaus and U-Bahn.

Room was rather small and very hot - no air conditioning. Location was excellent as was the the buffet breakfast. Would stay again and would recommend.

I would happily use this hotel again and would certainly recommend it to friends. It suited my needs perfectly. The excellent breakfast made a good start to each day and after a hard day sightseeing the room provided great comfort at night. The staff were particularly polite and very quickly recognised me as one of their guests. In fact on occasion I did not even have to give my room number when asking for my key. My ideal hotel. This was a very nice hotel in a quiet location but within easy reach of the town centre if you enjoy walking. The only complaint was the absence of tea and coffee making facilities. We would probably use this hotel again.

We were extremely impressed with the service and location of the Hotel in Vienna. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and this made our stay in Vienna even more wonderful. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk everywhere; public transport was also very easily accessed. Breakfast was excellent and the pricing was most reasonable. I certainly recommend this hotel.

The location is very good for exploring Vienna and there are plenty of places to eat and drink near by if you don't want to go too far at night. The reception is very helpful and the facilities are good. Our room was a little small and also there was no view at all which was a little claustraphobic, however this is reflected in the price! Also the breakfast is very good with a lot to choose from... Overall had an excellent stay and would recommend it!

The room was spacious with good a very clean toilet. The price was reasonable and location good within walking distance to the tourist spot and also very near to the underground (Rathaus) just 150 metres away. Nearby there are two supermarkets and numerous restaurants. High recommended.
