"Very disappointed with stay here . Firstly to arrive in the early hours of the morning to find that the reception is not manned for 24 hours as advertised is not acceptable . Room cards were stuck to the outside of the hotel doors . Surely that would pose a security issue ?We had problems with the room keys and had to call the engineer ourselves from our mobile as the hotel did not have an available phone .The staff were most unfriendly and not helpful when asked for advice . I would not stay there again ." - Anonymous
"A nice no fuss hotel, maybe a bit further out from the centre of Aalborg then you'd ideally like but there is a very regular bus service pretty much opposite the entrance to the hotel which doesn't cost a lot and is less than 15 mins to the centre. Would stay there again and stay at other ones in the same chain given the choice." - Lauren Page
