Welcome at our Hotel Zur Post! Enjoy your stay at our comfortable family run Hotel near the Rhine area. The Hotel was founded by us (the Family Fuellenbach) in 1905 and is now run already in the 5th generation. With the façade in Wilhelminian style, its cosy restaurant and the lovely designed rooms it creates an atmosphere with a special flair. In the evenings you are most welcome to relax in our restaurant and enjoy some typical dishes and wines of the region. The Hotel is an ideal starting point to plan a visit to Bonn, to Cologne, and the City of Koenigswinter with the famous Drachenfels. The hotel itself is located at the ‘Rheinsteig’- from here you can start a great walking or bicycle tour to Koblenz. Near the Hotel (1 km ) you can visit the museum area, the Beethoven-house and the UNO-Campus. The distance to Köln-Deutz-Messe (Fair) is approximately 30 km. Directions: Coming from the west: Take the A565 via Aachen to Bonn. At the m-way junction Bonn- Nord you need to go straight, over the Rheinbruecke- after the bridge you take the exit: Bonn-Beuel-Nord. After the Exit turn right after the traffic lights in direction Bonn-Beuel. After 2 km you reach a junction- here you need to drive straight ahead in direction Koenigswinter. After you have driven through a Train –underground- crossing you are already at the Koenigswinterer Strasse. You find our hotel after 3 km on the left side. Getting there:
From the north: Take the A 59 from Cologne into direction Bonn- then follow the Motorway in Direction: Koenigswinter till the m-way junction Bonn- ost. See ** From the south: Take the A3 via Frankfurt into direction Koeln (Cologne)/ Bonn. Approx. 60 km after the three- leg interchange Dernbach you need to take the exit: Siebengebirge- at the junction turn right in direction Magarethenhoehe. You can reach Koenigswinter via Ittenbach & Magarethenhoehe. (Coution: at this section are 2 speed cameras installed). In Koenigswinter you take the B 42 in direction Bonn- follow the street until the motorway junction Bonn- ost. See ** ** Here you need to take the A562 into Direction Bad Godesberg. After the motorway interchange you need to take the Exit: Bonn-Beuel-Sued- after the exit turn left at the traffic lights. At the circle you need to turn left again- now you are at the Koenigswinterer Strasse. You will find our hotel after 800 meters on the right hand side.

Child up to the age of 12 years are free in the parents room. From 12 to 16 years children pay 10,00 Euro.
