On ground floor you will find the Annam Suites Reception Lounge. The five-storey building has 15 executive studio apartments with a separate enclosed sunroom. It also includes dining and reading areas. There are also 5 executive One Bedroom apartments with separate living and dining areas. All of the apartments are designed according to the exotic 'Annam Style', providing you with a unique experience throughout your stay. Housekeeping services consist of daily tidy up and full weekly cleaning. The Annam Suites Front Desk Team is available for you at all times. Annam Suites Potts Point is located in the trendy area of Sydney.
By train: nearest station is Kings Cross. When walking out of the station turn right, then left onto Bayswater Road. After 100 m. turn right onto Ward Avenue. Annam Suites Potts Point is on the corner. It is a grey 6 storey building. Signage is on site.
By car: from the city take William Street until you see the landmark Coca-Cola sign. Proceed up the Kings Cross exit ramp straight ahead and pass the sign until the first round about. Annam Suites is on your left side.

| Check-in Procedure: |
Annam Suites reception is open from 8:00am to midnight, 7 days a week. After hours the on-call duty manager, available 24 hours a day, will be available to check-in. Check-out time is 10am.

At Annam Suites secured underground parking is available. Free parking. The parking lot is unable to hold large cars or 4x4 cars due to height restrictions |
| Child Policy: |
Chidren under 12 are free only if they use existing bedding. Extra single bed is $30 per night. Includes linen, toiletries and towels. |
