"The hotel was just perfect! All staff was very helpfull, friendly and serviceminded. The pool and spa were amazing. Breakfastbuffet was extensive. The incomeall was impressive. Minibar was expensive, but coffee and thea were available for free. On my birthday I got a bottle of champagne from the manager of the hotel. "Exceptionally grand hotel. Upgraded as guest of the day for full 4 night stay with access to Executive Lounge with complimentary drinks and nibbles. Excellent room with all facilities you could need supplied at no extra cost. Hoteclub by far the best price we found at the time of booking. 20 mins walk from Pest centre, with plenty of eating places in the area. Recommend the Hotel Bistro for meals (reasonably priced, good atmosphere and great food). Highly recommended, definitely 5 star. Couldn't fault anything at all." - Andrew Proom
