"Arrived late at night. Rudolph on reception extremley welcoming and informative. ALL other reception staff we met during our stay were very friendly and approachable. Hotel was clean, Rooms were ok comfortable beds and everything spotless. one tip, dont drink the bottle of water in the room, they charge 5 euros !!!! bottles are available from reception for much less. BREAKFAST !!! not brilliant. notice on the door said bacon etc....we asked the waitress who answered with a scowl NO!! she was the only unfriendly person in the hotel. Travelling tip...directions say get metro to Flora, but it is a long walk to the hotel, best option would be metro to Mustec, then get number 9 tram to the hotel. As you come up the stairs of the metro turn right and the tram stop is on your left. Hotel is close to city centre, old town etc by catching no 9 tram or 133 bus. only takes 10 minutes. I would certainly stay at this hotel again if I was visiting Prague." - Anonymous
