"This hotel was really nice. The staff were really helpful and able to assist us with our enquiries, many of the staff were able to speak reasonable english. The only thing that was not really good was that the mattresses were very firm, but that is typical for most hotels in China. The breakfast was great with really good choices. " - Anonymous
"We were very happy with the hotel. The location is convenient to the West Lake and although it is not on the lake, it is a quick walk. The only observation/complaint would be the comment that they have a Western breakfast. While you can get omelettes made to order, it is definitely a Chinese breakfast. It was good but not what we had expected/hoped. " - Anonymous
