"Nice hotel but reception really need to learn how to speak english properly. we had so many problems with the check in all because they couldnt spell our names properly and locate our booking. we were told that the internet company we booked and paid under weren't registered with the hotel and they told us we had to get hold of our credit card company to get our money back!! some staff were extremely rude (the lady with short short hair in particular.) all in all it is a nice hotel and worth the money. breakfast is also good. but the staff made it an unpleasant stay for us! "Monorail station a short walk away. Good view of city from higher rooms. Service was OK, but was left frustrated after a couple of requests went unfilled. Stayed closer to town next time I was in KL." - Chris Wall
"Short walk from ChowKit monorail station. Most importantly is quiet location, unusual in KL, no traffic noise and good view to mountains and city from higher floors. Buffet breakfast is average but plentiful. Reasonable size room but avoid one with connnecting doors, noisy neighbours are a problem." - Peter Overlack
"The hotel caters mainly to Indian tourists. The Breakfast fare is plenty but not really Western fare. The hotel provides bathroom towels only. There is no face towel or hand towel. The location is near the Chow Kit monorail station which is very convenient. For the price I paid, it was worth it. " - Anonymous
