"pleasantly surprised when the room I booked was upgraded. very beautiful room with 2 double beds. the room is very spacious and came with all the basic coffee making facilities and soap, etc. Location is good as it's 5 min walk away from Casino Lisboa. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to the ferry terminal every half an hour, which is very convenient. Highly recommended." - Elaine Chow
"Room very small, but not many non-smoking rooms with a double bed we were told. Whole building smells on smoke as mainly Chinese guests belch smoke continuously.
Staff friendly and helpful, room adequate but not superior. Pillow was large and uncomfortable.

"Everything of the hotel is wonderful including its staffs who were very professional, patience and courteous in attending to my needs. The rooms are clean and the in-room safe is a plus for me. "We have enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The Breakfast was very good and the swimming facilities as well.
The rooms were as we reserved them and we had a quick check in and check out time. Very good.
One suggestion would be a room for smaller children to play in. Toddlers or young children would enjoy a room with toys, books, videos, games,...
