"A beautiful hotel, in heart of city. Furnishings spectacular! Staff , overall, helpful except no one to meet and help with luggage at door. Hotel itself, while lovely, can be confusing to navigate. Several wings, several small casinos, easy to get lost! We also soon learnt that due to the huge number of outside guests, must book in advance to get table at any of the hotel restaurants. Corridor link to the newer Hotel Grand Lisboa very handy. Overall, great experience." - Isla Winarto

"Cumbersome check-in procedure the only real down side to this hotel which has been beautifully restored and features free high speed internet. Rooms are small but very luxurious; there are free shuttles to the ferry terminal (and thus you can connect with free shuttles to any casino you wish) and there are plenty of restaurants in house from a Five Star French to a cafe offering local delicacies and brewed coffee.
