"Although this apartment block has no leisure facilities or restaurant on site, it is the nicest place I've stayed in in Dunedin. We had two interconnecting one-bedroom/studio units on the third floor and the units were superb - very new, very spacious, with great attention to detail and extremely comfortable beds.
