"This apartment complex is new but not going to last due to cheap furniture and workmanship: the fake wooden floor (linoleoum) had major bubbles all over the place - useful as a trampoline actually. The biggest problem is the location however - while the front apartments (only!) have nice sea views, they also have nice views on the adjacent petrol station. With the window glasing being incredibly thin, visitors will get the 'pleasure' of listening to the starting and stopping cars at the station, and boyracers revving up their car on the road in front of the Sea Spray, ALL NIGHT! If I ever go back tp Paihia, I'd also want to stay somewhere closer to the centre of the town." - Anonymous
