"The Sofitel Xanadu is a lovely facility with superb service but is a bit out of the way for those who are seeking big city amities. If you what you are seeking is a little peace and quiet from the fast pace of life in urban China this is a perfect hotel. Check in and check out were flawless. The onsite restaurants are nice but not inexpensive. There are many opportunities for walking, hiking local mountains, biking and swimming in an Olympic sized pool. Getting There: Taxi: From Xiaoshan airport will cost around RMB100 and will take around 30-40 minutes.

From Hangzhou railway Station takes 20 minutes and costs RMB60 each way.
