Ouvert au Printemps 2003, les Appartements Abacus est la plus récente et la plus passionnante façon d'opérer la location d'appartements de Melbourne. Nous sommes engagés à fournir l'excellence. Nous avons considéré qu'il ne fallait pas refaire ce qui se faisait ailleurs en location d'appartements. Nous avons voulu être différents... et meilleurs.
Nous avons passé 2 ans avec des designers dans la reconstruction et la décoration de nos appartements. La qualité est reine. Chaque appartement possède une cuisine dernier cri et entièrement équipée des appareils de marque - four, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, comptoirs en granit, panneaux protecteurs en verre, etc... Les meubles importés, TV à écran plat, DVD, téléphone à ligne directe & fax et la climatisation sont standard. Et, notre situation dans Avoca Street, South Yarra est unique.
Abacus a conçu et a équipé ses appartements en gardant à l'esprit les besoins de l'homme d'affaires. Chaque appartement a sa propre ligne directe de télécopieur et de téléphone. Ainsi, vous pouvez vous occuper de vos affaires dans l'intimité de votre propre appartement. Le personnel d'Abacus peut également se charger du secrétariat pour vous. |
