"Rooms on the very busy street are extremely noisy + staff is not always reliable (they forgot the wake up call we asked for) + immediate surroundings are very noisy and definitely not the best spot in Hanoi.

Nice little clean new refurbished room and bathroom We choose a room without window -located oposite of the street so it was very quiet.
The staff was realy frendly, gentel and helpfull and provide us with all the information that we need
They organised a lovely Christmas party (free) for all the guest
I will recomende this hotel to mine friends
