"The hotel is pretty good for the price. The staff is kind but the two times I asked for something to be taken to my room, they told me to wait and never got there.
The location is excelent, very close to bus stop, taxis passing by right in front of the hotel door and even the subway was only 2 blocks way.
The room is not new, but is ok. The towels were kind of old and sometimes It felt kind of rough.

Very easy access to centre of town, tube,domestic airport
Stacks of garbage outside but was cleaned away in the night
Night staff very courteous, rooms clean, beds small.
Lift archaic and very noisy - if my wife was there she would refuse ti get in it.
