Hotel Espana was built in 1917 in the Gran Hotel Espana category. It has been refurbished in keeping with its original style from the period that gave rise to poets such as Garcia Lorca, painters like Lopez Mezquita, bullfighters such as Manolete... and at this hotel, the actress Lupe Sino was told of the death of her fiance, Manolete.
