"The telephone in the room did not work and was not repaired in the two nights I stayed at the hotel. Also the bathroom smelt like a bad drain. Staff were apparently friendly but were slow in responding to requests and upon checkout, the person dealing with me did not appear to be aware that this was chance to influence me to return to the hotel. "A well located hotel for Canberra as it is right in the middle of Civic. Because of location is is possible to walk to many other restaurants and bars rather than be confined to those of the hotel. Reception area is small and can be crowded at check out time. Rooms are modern and comfortable. A typical Canberra four-star hotel. " - Anonymous
