"We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed our holiday. The location is between the airport and the city. The hotel provides a shuttle service to/from the airport upon request, and provides daily services to the city and shopping district of Gadong. We also used the local bus service (5min walk to bus stop from hotel) which we found to be cheap, reliable and safe, well worth taking local bus trips around district. Service provided by hotel staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Added benefits - room service was good quality and great value. Spa and Massage facilities also good quality and great value. Personal preference would be to order al la carte rather than buffet from restaurant. Generally the decor of the hotel is a little 'tired' but still clean and well serviced. Would recommend staying at this hotel to others. Good stop over hotel between flights and for families. "I was very impressed with Orchid Garden Bandar Seri Bagawan and it is definitely my intention to return there in the not-so-distant future. The staff all around the hotel were professional, courteous and helpful to a fault, the rooms were modern, spacious and clean and the cuisine on offer was first class.
