"Cet hôtel est une catastrophe ! Quand nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre la lumière a sauté. On nous a donné une autre chambre, plus petite, moins jolie, donnant sur la place pigalle très bruyante, avec la fenêtre fermant mal, la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. Après une mauvaise nuit nous sommes arrivés pour prendre le petit déjeuner : plus rien à manger : plus de pain... RIEN. On nous a proposé de nous servir le minimum : un café !!! Je rêve !!!! Le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 *, personne n'a fait des pieds et des mains pour essayer de nous arranger : ils s'en fichent !!
Quant aux chanmbres elles sont certes bien décorées (cmme tout l'hôtel), mais elles sont petites, et on ne trouve même pas de nécessaire à thé/café." - Anonyme
