"While I dislike putting down hotels I have to say that our room (20) was terrible! no views and adjacent to the laundry / kitchen. Noise from the laundry in the early hours was audable. There is a gate outside the room dividing those facilities from the general area. Staff tend to congregate in the day and talk loudly clearly audable in the room. It is not just the kitchen staff early, but contractors and management and family as well. The sheets are too small for the bed, and the blue indicator light on the TV is too bright in the darkness when trying to sleep. Breakfast was good, location conveniant as we didnt have a car. I can not comment on the other rooms they may have been fine. Sorry but that's how we saw it." - Phillip Pawson
