The Storrier is the first of a series of hotels to take their cues from renowned Australian artists. Each 'art' hotel takes on the look and feel of its adopted artist's works; in this case leading Sydney artist Tim Storrier and his awe-inspiring piece, Point to Point (Evening Blaze). Storrier's works adorn the hotel throughout, while the general attitude, style and palette of the hotel is informed by Point to Point (Evening Blaze).


Located in the heart of Potts Point and the city's entertainment district, The Storrier is a contemporary 'home away from home' with earthy hues, bold patterns and subdued lighting which create a glowing atmosphere of warmth and luxury throughout.


Set in a remarkable Art Deco building only a few minutes walk from the busy nightlife of Kings Cross or the sophistication of Woolloomooloo Wharf. The designers have retained the character of this historic building whilst creating unsurpassed standards of comfort and luxury. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, Red Belly restaurant offers guests and casual diners exotic and exemplary fare from breakfast to supper.


No two rooms are the same in our contemporary styled and well appointed boutique hotel. The fresh crisp base is highlighted with splashes of black, shades of chocolate and muted caramel tones, producing a unique and inviting ambiance.

Getting There: Heading toward the city from the airport take the Kings Cross exit and turn right on William Street. Up the hill three blocks and take the left-hand exit to Kings Cross. Take the first left into Victoria Street. Travel approximately 70 metres down Victoria Street, turn right at Earl Street. Follow Earl Street as it merges into Earl Place, then Springfield Avenue. Alternative entry (non-vehicular) via Springfield Plaza, off Darlinghurst Road.

By train to Kings Cross Station (5 minutes walk south to hotel). If coming from the airport change at Central from the airport line to the Eastern Suburbs Line.

From the City 324, 325 & 311 bus routes all pass nearby and we are within 5 minutes walk of Taylor Square (Oxford Street).
