"There is no permanent staff at the reception, in fact the whole hotel. Clients must phone the management using a phone number which is not toll free. This was particularly difficult and frustrating when I arrived early in the morning and needed my key to enter the building. I did not have a personal mobile phone to use and the nearest public phone booth was 10 - 15 minutes away. Otherwise, everything else at the Hotel is A+" - Anonymous
