Apartments on Spencer is a "Boutique Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse", located in the heart of Albany City, 300 metres from the Town Hall, on the slopes of Mount Clarence. We overlook the western end of Princess Royal Harbour and are an easy stroll to businesses, local attractions and restaurants. Pristine Swimming Beaches and Golf courses are just a short drive away.
Previously four Victorian era workers row houses, the premises has been extensively refurbished throughout to provide superb guest accommodation in four magnificently appointed rooms.
Your Hosts Alison and Adrian extend a warm welcome to you and invite you to indulge yourself with wonderful hospitality, service and accommodation for business, holiday or that special occasion.
Unlike other B and B establishments the property is protected by a commercial fire alarm system designed specifically for the hearing and visually impaired.

Guests are requested to check in from 3.00pm and check out on the day of departure by 10.00am
