"We were delighted at the very polite and welcoming reception when we arrived. The welcome drinks were refreshing. The receptionist treated us well and the service was excellent. The rooms were contemporary, very nice. Everything was in great working condition and the cleanliness is good. The entire set up was fabulous. Makes you feel 'zen'. The breakfast buffet, however, looked limited, though the food is alright. The location is excellent (in the middle of town area) though.

"Reasonable hotel for the price paid. Room is ok (u get wat u pay for). Location is not v accessible. Cabs cannot enter the road in the early morning or late night due to setup of stalls. Have to walk a fair bit to nearest BTS (Chidlom). " - Anonymous

"Aircon not cold and was only allowed to change to another room the next day. Lift is not on the ground floor, hence have to carry the heavy lugguage up the stairs to take lift. Lift landing is not on the floor itself. " - Anonymous
