"We had a triple room which had three single beds for the same price as a twin, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean there were enough clean towels and toiletries. it had tea making facilities.
The hotel is being refurbished but this did not cause any inconvenience. It had a transfer facility to the airport I would stay here again and recommend it others." - Elizabeth Broadhead
"Unfortunately, the hotel ran out of towels on Mon 22/9 due to failure by laundry . This was unpleasant as the 3 of us in Room 178 had to beg for face towels on Tues morning. I dont mind being short of shampoo or hand tissues but not something as basic as towels.
Your hotel is excellent otherwise and hopefully this incident doesnt deter me from returning in future.

"Our room was meant to be a double but really was a single.One set of towels in bathroom proved this.No way of locking door from inside and no security chain.Corridor on way to room was dirty with walls badly marked.Complained to reception but no action taken.This used to be a nice hotel but NOT any more." - Peter dowling
