"Not one of Manchester's better hotels. The one plus of this hotel is that it has a gym and swimming pool, however this hotel really needs a makeover - all the rooms are fitted with such old decor that it feels like you are staying at the grandparents. Also, I had a buzzing from the ceiling that kept me away all night. The curtains cannot prevent the sunshine from coming in in the morning so expect to be awoken at 5am. If you are looking for a budget hotel better off with the the Britannia on Portland street." - Anonymous
