"When we arrived there was a slight setback with our dates of arrival entered incorrectly so we had a wait for our room to be ready. But otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, our room was very clean, choice for breakfast was good and the staff were extremely friendly and Raphael was always on hand to give advice on buses etc. We would definitely recommend this hotel - even with its 'quirky' RED lift!!!!" - JUDITH BRIERLEY
