"Staff was not particularly helpful when we left an item in our room after checkout. When we called, they said they would check our room right away and call us back. After waiting for 20 minutes in downtown Boston for a call back, we returned to the hotel (knowing the item had to be there). When we arrived, they still had not checked the room, and that took another 15 minutes. It required our personal arrival and a total of about 45 minutes of waiting since our initial call, to learn the item was indeed in our room." - Anonymous

The Comfort Inn Logan is located approximately three miles from Logan International Airport (with free transfers) and four miles from downtown. The shuttle service is also provided to the Casino Cruise, which is located approximately two miles from the hotel.
