All rooms have individual full bathroom, air conditioning and personal telephone.
The rooms include a bed, wardrobe, armchair, chairs, desk, beside table, bookcase, lamp and curtain.
The residence provides the mattress with cover, blanket, pillow and bedspread.
The rooms with kitchen are equipped with electric hob, extractor fan, fridge and microwave. Kitchen utensils are also provided.
