"昔のカントリー･コンフォート・ホテル時代の方が建物全体の手入れは良かった。今は廊下の壁にはメンテナンスの人たちの使うトローリーのぶつかった傷がすごく目立って、薄汚く感じた。また、浴室のシャンプー類も切れたままだった。前のイメージを持って宿泊したので、落胆した。" - Anonymous
"2006年6月中旬に2泊しました。シドニーセントラル駅から数分の好立地で、チャイナタウンも近く、市内を観光するには最高でした。泊まったのはツインでしたが、セミダブルベッドとシングルベッドの組み合わせでした。お風呂は熱いお湯が出るし、バスタブが浅いのですぐにお湯がたまり、快適でした。固定式のシャワーだったのはちょっと使いにくかったですが、オーストラリアは一般家庭も含め固定式のシャワーが一般的なようでした。帰りの空港までのシャトルバスもフロントで頼むことができ（一人片道１０ドル）朝の比較的すいている時間帯で空港まで約40分でした。（あちこちのホテルを回っていく関係上） この値段でしたら、お得だと思います。部屋には紅茶、コーヒーセット、冷蔵庫、テレビなど欲しいものはそろっていました。暖房も効いていました。ホテルのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。" - Anonymous
