"Very clean hotel, friendly staff who are always willing to help. My bidet was leaking the first night. I didn't report it, but it was nevertheless fixed by the time I came back from sightseeing the next day. The airline lost my luggage and the staff were extremely helpful with regard to making phone calls, sending faxes etc. I would highly recommend this hotel. You can easily walk to the historical centre and its value for money cannot be matched." - Anonymous
