"日程の変更ができずに、キャンセルだけになってしまいました。ホテルクラブを通さないと、キャンセルもできないし、翌日の変更だったのですが、ホテルクラブでその日の部屋を持っていないため、全額キャンセル料となってしまいました。
ホテルは空港に近いために予約したのですが、近くの部屋の人が遅くまで大声で話しているし、朝早く（4時ごろ）から騒ぎ出して、良く眠れませんでした。" - Anonymous

必要なものは揃っていて問題ないですが、強いて言えば泊まった部屋から公共スペースまでちょっと遠かった。部屋数が多いので致し方ないのか。
空港までシャトルバスで往復とも１０分〜１５分で近く、出発前に利用するのには非常に便利。
