"We came across this hotel by accident and were well pleased with the welcome we received and the service, and would definitely go back. With one proviso: we had an elderly person with us, who found the access steps very difficult to climb. The staff were very helpful in this regard, but I think it should be made clear that these steps exist because, as far as I could see, access for wheechair users would have been very difficult." - Martin Payne
