"This hotel was excellent. The guy on the front desk was so helpful, breakfast was great, even the cleaners were friendly. The only downfall was that there was no lift, but the front desk man helped us with our suitcases. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Florence. " - Courtney Scott
