"Bathroom below standard, not very clean, toilet rolls were not replaced (had to get it from Reception-desk at night). Room was not cleaned, beds not made, and not very clean sheets. Breakfast very sparse & basic with lukewarm coffee the norm.In addition. rooms without airconditioning. thin walls, noisy main road just outside do not make for a pleasant stay. Wonder how hotel is rated 3-Star ! Only plus point is location just outside Metro station, but not many restaurants in vicinity. All Reception Staff quite courteous and helpful." - S. Sundar
