"Even though the Villas are only a short distance from the Esplanade, it was like being in an "Oasis" (must be the lakes). It was peaceful and good place to just rest. With a good book, it is a perfect place to unwind. It is close to everything: shops, beach, Urangan Park - and if you've no car, public transport is easy to get.
I had a great time watching birds and also turtles - there was even an occasional eel swimming near the edge of the lake.
