"I have stayed in this hotel numerous times but not done so for around 10 years. The staff are still very friendly and efficient, the location is excellent but the hotel itself looks very 'tired' and badly in need of renovation." - Anonymous

"Very central, close to MRT and excellent shopping. The airconditioning was very loud making it difficult to sleep and the bathroom was unventilated so the room got very steamy.
