料金に含まれているサービスが十分に受けられなかったこと。
最上階のラウンジが利用できるプランでしたが、
ホテルから頂いたカードキーに不良があり、
一度もラウンジを利用できませんでした。
理由が発覚したのは最終日だったため、
後の祭りでした。
