We aim to be a family accommodation provider and therefore noisy guests and guests with the intention to host a party are NOT encouraged to book. Any apartment found in breach of this policy will be asked to leave with NO WARNING or REFUND. AEA takes pride in providing a peaceful and homely environment to all paying guests.
