A perfect combination of historical and modern architecture, great art and good design is the art concept of the art’otel potsdam.
The philosophy of the art’otel potsdam is not to be just an ”accommodation” or a hotel ”prét a porter” but rather to understand the hotel stay also as an art experience. The phrase ”serving for the guest’s well being” will always be our first priority.
The artist Katharina Sieverding developed an art project especially for this hotel. Her art works are presented in all 123 rooms, suites and all public areas.
The furnishing has been designed by the English interior designer Jasper Morrison. The formal coolness and insistent simple constructions are characteristic of his style which is represented in the hotel.
The hotel bar, seating 40 people and the seafood restaurant for 90 people are located on the ground floor with view to the river Havel.
There are three conference rooms in the attic of the Persius warehouse. They give our guests the opportunity to carry out successful meetings in an extraordinary atmosphere. Next door you will find the sauna, solarium and fitness area.
