We are 1 bedroom Serviced Apartments located in the heart of tranquil tree-lined historic East Melbourne with
personalised and professional management.
Our one bedroom apartments have a queen size bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge room. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave & hotplates. TV with Foxtel and DVD player.
The cost is based on 2 people per night, however our apartments sleep up to 4 people, therefore an extra person is the cost of $25.00 per day which is payable on arrival.
Wireless internet is available in your apartment.
Secure car-parking $10.00 per car per night.
Complimentary BBQ Facilities.
Communal Guest laundry $4.00 per cycle.
We are pet friendly, however conditions do apply, please contact reception for PET POLICY (Cost is $25.00 per pet per day)

You can take a taxi from the airport which will take approximately 25 minutes and cost approximately $70. You can also take
the Skybus which leaves every half hour from the Qantas terminal
and they will drop you on Birches on request. Cost is $15 each way

Check in time is 2.00pm. We certainly aim to get you in earlier
if we can but it depends on how busy we are on the day. You can
make an early request.
Our reception time is as follows:
Monday-Friday 7.30am-7.00pm
Saturday 8.00am-4.00pm
Sunday 8.30am - 4.00pm
If arriving after office hours IT IS IMPORTANT that you contact reception so we can provided you with key and code instructions.
