Standard Studio Room
Our Studio Rooms are configured with a Queen bed or a Queen and a Single bed. Our rooms are clean and comfortable with all of the in room amenities you would expect. Tea & Coffee making facilities, separate bathroom with shower over the bath, air conditioning, 25 inch Sky T.V, mini bars available upon request and all of our rooms have a balcony. Some of our Studio Rooms can interconnect which is ideal for family or friends travelling together!

"I was not impressed at all, the room was nothing like the pictures on the web site, it had a funny smell, hole where it looked like door chain had been pulled off the wall, overall the room was not up to standard. Male at front desk was very rood. The only thing I was impressed with were the two ladies in the kitchen when we went down to breakfast they were very friendly and helpful." - Anonymous
"The Ripped Base and matress of the bed, the mould growing above the shower/bath on the ceiling (I removed some myself just to be sure it wasn't a stain), the state of the carpet, the holes in the walls patched with pieces of wood and painted over were more consistant with a $50 per night room than the $125 charged." - Anonymous

The Boulevard Hotel is a small Boutique-style hotel consisting of 34 units offering a range of different room types of which, all are serviced daily.
Our Licensed Cafe overlooks our lush garden-courtyard and swimming pool area and is a popular venue for breakfast meetings, private functions, birthday parties, weddings and much more! It is often used to facilitate a range of functions and we are more than happy to accommodate any special requests you may have!
Located on the main route from Auckland International Airport to the city centre the Bouelvard Hotel's central location with easy access to the City Centre (take the Link Bus service which travels the City Loop for a mere $1.20!) The Sky Tower and the Viaduct basin are only 3kms away! and major City attractions including Auckland Museum & Domain, Mt Eden and Gardens, Sports Stadiums, Epsom Showgrounds, Racetracks and so much more are all close by!
All major hospitals are less than 3km away and if you need to come to Auckland for medical reasons we offer very "Special Rates" so ring us direct to find out more!

Travelling from Auckland International or Domestic Airports follow Motorway # 20 until the Queenstown Road Exit.
Turn right into Pah Road which then turns into Manukau Road.
At the junction where Manukau Road, Great South Road, St Marks Road,Broadway and Alpers Avenue (one way) meet, take the left turn into Alpers Avenue and move into the right hand lane as the Boulevard Hotel is on the right hand side.
If heading north on State Highway # 1 take the Market Road exit. Turn left into Market Road, get into the right hand lane and turn right into Great South Road. Follow straight ahead into Alpers Avenue (one way) and stay in the right hand lane as the Boulevard Hotel is on the right hand side of Alpers Avenue.
If travelling south along state highway # 1 take the Gillies Avenue turn off. Turn left into Gillies Avenue, then first right into Mortimer Pass, then right into Broadway and lastly right into Alpers Avenue.
