"The location of the hotel is very good about ten minutes walk from Princes Street & Edinburgh Waverley station which has a direct & frequent bus link to Edinburgh airport.The staff on the whole were very good with one exception-an early morning wake up call did not happen which could have resulted in me missing my plane.Another observation-the towel rail in the bathroom was not fixed properly or the toilet seat,venneer edging & 1 knob were also missing from the desk unit(room 102).Overall these are are minor things which need to be addressed for customer satisfaction.Nevertheless, i would probably return due to the location in a quiet street near the city centre & cosmopolitan area of Leith a short walk away. Turn right onto B901 Montagu Terrace for 0.7 miles. Continue straight ahead onto B900 Canonmills for 0.1 miles. Bear right onto B901 Rodney Street for 0.6 miles. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto A900 Leith Walk for 0.1 miles. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto B1350 London Road for 0.1 miles.
