"While the term 'luxury' does not strictly apply, the Charlton is clean and spacious. For example, the main bedroom has a large en-suite including a roomy shower. The bedroom itself is approximately 30-50% larger than most homes' main bedrooms and the bed is firm. The kitchen is well-appointed. The lounge/dining room is sizable and the furniture comfortable. The second room is also attractive to children insofar as it contains a double (and a single) bunk. The second bathroom is also large. At the reduced rate it is excellent. " - Mark Sinclair

Hotel Description:    This is a 4 level holiday apartment building set amongst a lovely tropical setting complete with BBQ facilities, swimming pool and gazebo. We offer secure underground parking, two lifts to service all levels. We are located opposite the best and safest beach in Hervey Bay safe for swimming year round.

Getting There: Take the Bruce Highway to the Maryborough, Hervey Bay exit. When on Boat Harbour drive follow it to Main street and turn left until you get to The Esplanade, turn right and travel to Torquay. You will see the Charlton Apartments on your right hand side. We are simply Hervey Bays best address!
Check-in Procedure: Check in is between 2 PM and 6 PM. Check out time is 10.00 AM If guests intend to arrive outside of these times prior arrangements must be made with management.
Car Parking: Each unit has parking for 1 car. Extra car parking can be organised. Management must be consulted if extra parking is required. Boat parking is available upon request. Our entrance clearance is 2.1 metres
Child Policy: Up to 4 children only permitted in 2 Bedroom & 3 Bedroom Apartment.

In 1 Bedroom Apartment rate is strictly for 2 adults on twin share basis only and does not allow for children or infants.
