"Large studio seperate toilet, these are the good points. Bad points: in need of a make over; shabby & grubby. Appliances need replacing microwave turned but no heat. Sheets were worn through and holy with age. Demanded two sets of sheets to hide the stained mattresses. They do not use mattress covers. towels thin, curtains in need of a bath. Reception Staff lazy & unhelpful. Two of us & crockery for one. After staying in other Citadines this was very disappointing. Have stayed in many other places in London. This was a shocker. "Cheerful decor, comfortable beds, great kitchenette with microwave, fridge, stovetop, oven, sink, tea kettle, dishes, pots and pans (everything we needed). Convenient walking location to the underground and Hyde Park. We would definitely stay here again." - Chris Holder
