"Excellent location for tube and transport links and near to fantastic Huguenot buildings in Fournier street and church in Spitalfields. Also within yards of Brick Lane and all the interesting restaurants in that area. I ended up in a flat/suite with room for party had I wished. I had a drink in the bar linked to the hotel in the evening and that was good but it is also used as an area to serve breakfast the next day and didn't feel particularly the right place to be eating bacon and eggs. Views from windows are not very salubrious but there are net curtains to help you avoid that so it is not too intrusive. Really good value for money!" - val fitzgerald
"When I arrived at the hotel I thought it was a 'dive' and was concerned about the type of person that would stay there and what the room would be like. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The furniture, though old, was good enough and the room was very clean, bright and airy. There were no issues such as noise with other guests.
