"HUGE apartment style rooms. I think this room was larger than my apartment I live in at home! Very inexpensive, beautiful river view. About a 5 minute walk to the free CAT stop, but only a 10-15 minute walk to the mall if you prefer getting a little exercise. I would definitely stay here again!" - Anonymous

Hotel Description:    CITY WATERS is a 3 Star tourist class property of selfcontained 1 and 2 bedroom studio units. We cater for clients wanting a 3 star price. All rooms are fully equipped with kitchens and bathrooms with bath.

The property enjoys a superb CBD Location, next to Langley Park by the banks of the Swan River. Because of the central location most of the City's attractions can be enjoyed without the need to hire a car. They can be reached either by a short stroll or by the City's free transport.

We have a night safe next to the Reception door for late check ins. If you are checking in after 8pm please let us know. We will the issue a code to access your room key.
